Check if docker for Windows will start when windows starts (this is the default behavior) if not check it. Shutdown the machine. No restart. Shutdown. Windows 10 Taskbar is infinity loading. I logged into my computer (Asus about 2 or 3 yrs old - Nvidia GeForce 940m graphics card - Intel Core i7).
